Hello, I'm Dave Peters, and welcome to my blog. Here you will find stories and media of some of my adventures in the U.S and abroad. I am from Chicopee, Massachusetts, and currently I am a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Kinmen, Taiwan. As a bagpiper, I am often asked to play for weddings and funerals. I consider these opportunities a blessing in that I am allowed to experience the human emotion behind these events and often add to it through my music. I find that sharing my instrument and my music with a world unfamiliar to piping has similar effects. I hope to document these reactions as best I can. Enjoy.
